HILLSBORO, Kan. - Wichita Northwest High School graduate Jordan Scheer (Wichita, Kan.) has signed a letter of intent to compete in cross country next season at Tabor College.


During her high school career Scheer a letter winner for the Grizzles placed fifth in the junior varsity race, and sixth in the freshman sophomore race.

HILLSBORO, Kan. - First Baptist Academy High School senior Makenzie King (Schertz, Texas) has signed a letter of intent to compete in track and field and cross country next season for Tabor College.


In track and field, King was a three time team captain and 10 time state champion, including three times in the 400 meter relay, and two times in the 800 meter relay and 400 meters. She also won state titles in the 800 meters, the high jump, and the long jump.

HILLSBORO, Kan. - Clay Center Community High School senior Brielle Lund (Green, Kan.) has signed a letter of intent to compete in track and cross country next season for Tabor College.


In cross country, Lund was a four year letter-winner and all-league selection, and a three year state qualifier and all-state selection. She won the North Central Kansas League individual title and placed sixth at the Kansas State Cross Country Meet in 2009.

Hillsboro, Kan. - Tabor College Women's Cross Country runner senior Christina Addison (Valley Center, Kan.) competed this past Saturday at the 2009 NAIA National Cross Country meet held in Vancouver, Wash.


Addison finished in 194th place out of 330 runners with a time of 20:34. Her time was also good for 6th among KCAC runners after finishing 9th two weeks ago at the KCAC conference meet.

Hillsboro, Kan. - Tabor College senior cross country runner Christina Addison (Valley Center, Kan.) earned All-KCAC honors and in the process punched her ticket to the 2009 NAIA National Cross Country Meet this past Saturday at the KCAC Conference Meet held at Lake Afton Park in Goddard, Kan.


Addison, who finished the 5-kilometer coursein ninth place overall with a time of 19:25, passed two women with less then 150 meters to go to claim the final spot for the national meet.
