Hillsboro, Kan. - The Tabor College Men's Cross Country Team placed sixth out of nine teams at the KCAC Conference Tournament race Saturday, hosted by Bethany College, in Lindsborg, Kan.


"I am really proud of how the guys performed today," said Head Coach Karol Hunt. "I could not ask any more of them."

Hillsboro, Kan. - The Tabor College Men's Cross Country Team finished 16th out of 20 teams at Saturday's Southwestern College /NAIA Mid-States Classic in Winfield, Kan.


‘We had a great day of racing," said Head Coach Karol Hunt. "The Mid-States meet is highly competitive and it creates a good environment for season best and personal record times.


"Today was our last race prior to conference," Hunt added. "We passed the preparation test, setting four personal records on one day is a real tribute to the efforts of the runners."

Hillsboro, Kan. - Facing some of the best competition in the NAIA, the Tabor College Men's Cross Country Team placed seven out of eight teams at the Bronco Invitational Saturday at the Elks Country Club in Hastings, Neb.


"We had a good racing day, running some of our best times of the season," said Head Coach Karol Hunt. "Because we were competing against the strong Nebraska teams, we focused on our times, rather than our places."

Hillsboro, Kan. - The Tabor College Men's Cross Country Team had its best team finish of the year as it placed second out of five teams Saturday at the McPherson Bulldog Invitational.


"Even though it was a windy day and running on a hilly course, competing in a meet with only five colleges was a confidence builder for us," said Head Coach Karol Hunt.


"It was a positive way to go into fall break," Hunt added. A meet like this allows us to have a high team finish and have multiple runners earning awards."

Hillsboro, Kan. - The Tabor College Men's Cross Country Team finished 11th out of 14 teams Friday at the Jock's Nitch Emporia State University Invitational on in Emporia, Kan. The meet was not on the original schedule, but was added to replace the Friends meet which was rained out.


"This was a highly competitive meet with some of the top NCAA Division II and NAIA teams in the region running," said Head Coach Karol Hunt.


The Bluejays were paced by senior Zac Rembolt (Topeka, Kan.) who finished 32 out of 116 runners with a time of 28:22.
