HILLSBORO, Kan. - Newman University transfer Jeff Hutton (Ladner, British Columbia) has signed a letter of intent to play baseball next season at Tabor College.


Hutton, a 6-2, 240-pound first baseman, earned First Team All-Heartland Conference and Third Team All-Canadian honors in 2009. He also earned First Team All-Walter Johnson league honors as a designated hitter in 2009, and as a first baseman in 2010.

HILLSBORO, Kan. - Hesston College transfer Jake Landers (Overland Park, Kan.) has signed a letter of intent to play baseball next season at Tabor College.


Landers, a  5-11, 170-pound shortstop, earned Defensive Player of the Year honors as he batted .265 with 27 RBI's and 26 runs scored while starting every game for the Larks.

HILLSBORO, Kan. - Colorado State University-Pueblo transfer Tyler Gniadek (Colorado Springs, Colo.) has signed a letter of intent to play baseball next season at Tabor College.


Gniadek, a 6-2, 205-pound first baseman, was a three-year letter winner, while earning Offensive MVP honors during his high school career. He will be looked at to help provide depth at first base next season for the Bluejays.

HILLSBORO, Kan. - Highland Community College transfer Jeremiah Lauts (Atchison, Kan.) has signed a letter of intent to play baseball next season at Tabor College.


Lauts, a 5-11, 215-pound catcher, will be looked at to bring experience and strength while making an impact behind the plate next season for the Bluejays.

HILLSBORO, Kan. - Hesston College transfer Chris Dawson (El Dorado, Kan.) has signed a letter of intent to play baseball next season at Tabor College.


Dawson, a 5-10, 210-pound third baseman, second baseman, and first baseman, helped set four team records while leading the Larks to the regional finals with a record of 22-16.
