Length of time at Tabor: Since 2007
Played High School Varsity Basketball at Hillsboro High School. Played 2 seasons of college basketball at Tabor College as well as one season of baseball and one season of football
I have a wonderful wife, Karly
My main goal is to create an atmosphere in our basketball program where each player, coach, and manager has the opportunity to grow spiritually, academically, and as an athlete. I want everyone to be able to say that they had a positive experience as a result of being a part of the women's basketball program at Tabor College. Another goal is to maintain a highly competitive basketball team not only in our conference but on the national scene as well.
I want to create a family type of atmosphere where everyone can feel comfortable sharing about their personal lives. This often happens as a result of relationships that are built and often times is a direct result of the types of things that we implement on an intentional level. As a coaching staff we will give leadership by sharing devotions, leading the team in prayer, providing opportunities for service projects, but mainly by our personal witness.
I love the mission of the college and the freedom that we are allowed as coaches to share our faith and encourage our student athletes in this way. I have seen the students in our program mature in their character and in their spiritual lives as well. I have seen young women become leaders in our basketball program and leaders on our campus.
I enjoy spending time with my beautiful wife Karly. We enjoy taking road trips, playing tennis, being involved in church, and spending time with family and friends.

Length of time at Tabor: Since 2006
I played collegiate basketball at Hesston College and attempted to walk-on at Wichita State University. I also participated in Athletes in Action on a summer tour in Mexico.
I come from a family of athletes. My father, Randy Jordan, is the Head Women's Basketball Coach at Newton High School in Kansas and my sister, Mandi, is a former college basketball player as well. My mother, Jackie Jordan, is a school teacher at Santa Fe Middle School.
My primary goal for the team is to create an atmosphere where each team member is encouraged to grow in his or her relationship with Christ. Secondly, our goal is to also compete for the conference championship and qualify for the NAIA national tournament. My style reflects my goals. I want to build a Christian atmosphere, but also do what it takes to win.
I enjoy the sense of community, and because of our small size, most all students will attend games because they have some connection to at least one person on the court.
How do you integrate faith into your coaching? We occasionally have devotions as a team and pray together before and after games as well as some practices.
