HILLSBORO, Kan. - Platte Valley High School graduate Seth Baladez (Kersey, Colo.) has signed a letter of intent to play football next season at Tabor College.

Baladez, a 5-11, 205-pound inside linebacker, was a four-year letter winner for the Broncos where he earned All-Conference honors this past season.

During his career at Platte Valley High School, Baladez helped lead the Broncos to four straight state tournament appearances including the state title in 2007, and a runner-up finish in 2006. He will be looked at to help add depth to the Bluejays linebacker corps next season.

"Seth is a fine player with a lot of potential," said Head Football Coach Mike Gardner. "We are excited to see him decide to play here next season, and look forward to working with him this fall."

Seth is the son of James and Sharon Baladez.
