HILLSBORO, Kan. - Moundridge High School graduate Reese Wedel (Moundridge, Kan.) has signed a letter of intent to play baseball next season at Tabor College.

Wedel, a 6-1, 190-pound third baseman and infielder, was a three year Mid-Kansas All-Star selection during his career for the Wildcats. He will be looked at to provide depth to multiple infield positions next season for the Bluejays.

"Reese, will come in and compete for time in the infield," said Head Baseball Coach Mark Standiford. "He was unable to compete last high school season due to a broken foot, so I know he will be ready to go. We are excited to have Reese here at Tabor."

Reese is the son of Clark and Marilyn Wedel.
