HILLSBORO, Kan. - Lincoln High School senior Adam Webb (Des Moines, Iowa) has signed a letter of intent to play Baseball next season for Tabor College.

Webb, a 6-0, 190-pound first baseman, third baseman, and pitcher, will be looked at to provide depth at multiple positions next season for the Bluejays.

While at Lincoln High School, Webb, a three-year letter-winner, earned Second Team All-Metro honors while helping lead the Railsplitters to a 15-15 record during his junior season.

Webb has also excelled in the classroom as a four-year academic letter winner, an All-CIML Academic Team selection in wrestling, as well as serving as senior class officer.

"We are very excited to have a player such as Adam come to Tabor," said Head Baseball Coach Mark Standiford. "Adam will vie for time at first base and behind the plate. He also has the ability to hitfor power and average and I expect him to contribute next year."

Adam is the son of Greg and Marnie Webb.
