Hillsboro,
Kan. - The
Tabor College Women's Soccer fell to KCAC leader Ottawa University at home
Saturday afternoon by the score of 4-0.
The
score was not indicative of the level of competition in the match, as the Lady Jays
and Braves remained tied at 0-0 until Ottawa broke the scoreless drought
during the 63rd minute mark of the second half. The Braves
tacked on three more goals in less than 10 minutes to secure the
victory.
Senior
goalkeeper Aubrey Whitehorn (Duncanville, Texas) racked up 12 saves in the
match as Ottawa out-shot Tabor, 38-2.
Tabor
(1-4 KCAC, 3-9-1 Overall) will travel to take on Friends University in Wichita,
Kan. at 6 p.m. Wednesday Oct. 21.
