Hillsboro, Kan. - Blinn College transfer Stephen Gulledge (Mabank, Texas) has signed a letter of intent to play football next season for Tabor College.


Gulledge, a 6-0, 180-pound kicker and punter, will provide immediate help to the Bluejays special teams next season especially in the punting game.


While at Mabank High School, Gulledge was named First Team All-District and First Team All-Henderson County as both a wide receiver and a punter. He also earned Second Team All-District honors as a punter during his career for the Panthers.


"Steven is a first team all-district athlete out of Texas and a Division II transfer from Henderson State," said Head Football Coach Mike Gottsch. "He is a competitor,and will compete for the kicking and punting duties for the Bluejays this fall."


Stephen is the son of Caroline Bittinger.
