Hillsboro, Kan. -
Pittsburg State
University transfer Nate Percy (Pittsburg, Kan.)
has signed a letter of intent to play baseball next season for the Bluejays.
Percy, a 6-2, 200-pound pitcher, will bring immediate depth
and experience to the Bluejays pitching staff next season.
While at Pittsburg
High School, Percy was a
three-time All-SEK selection, and has excelled in the classroom as a member of
the Honor Roll.
"Nate will bring much needed experience to the mound," said
Head Baseball Coach Mark Standiford. "He has the flexibility of being a starter,
middle reliever and closer, and I am looking forward to working with him this
fall."
Nate is the son of Randy and Susan Percy.
