Hillsboro, Kan. - Shadow Mountain High School graduate Trevor Wimer (Phoenix, Ariz.) has signed a letter of intent to play baseball next season for Tabor College.

Wimer, a 5-10, 195-pound pitcher and first baseman, was a two-year letter winner during his time a Shadow Mountain High School. He will be looked at to provide depth at both positions next season for the Bluejays.

"Trevor will provide much needed help both out of the bullpen and as a spot starter," said Head Baseball Coach Mark Standiford. "He gives us depth from the left side and he is able to throw three pitches for a strike. He will be a big part of our team, and I am looking forward to working with him next year."
