Two Tabor College tennis players have earned post-season honors on the
court and in the classroom from the Kansas Collegiate Athletic
Conference.
For the women, Tabor College senior Laurel Delamater (Bakersfield,
Calif.) was a unanimous first-team selection by the conference coaches.
For the men, junior Aaron Friesen (Wichita, Kan.) was a second-team
selection.
Delamater and Friesen also won the tennis Scholar-Athlete awards.
Bethany College won the KCAC championship in both men's and women's tennis.
The Tabor women's team placed third overall with a record of 3-3. The Tabor men's team placed fourth, also with a record of 3-3.
The Tabor tennis teams are coached by Michael Hagen.
