Hillsboro, Kan. - The
Tabor College Men's Track and Field Team finished second Friday afternoon at
the ACCK Meet held on the campus of Bethel
College, in North Newton, Kan.

made up of the six schools affiliated with the Associated Colleges of Central Kansas.
Tabor was led by sophomore Justin Ball (Welda, Kan.)

winner for Tabor was senior Silas Hibbs (Hays, Kan.) in the pole vault.
Sophomore Zach Gould (Sioux
City, Iowa) lowered
his school record in the 10K to 35:12.10 and placed second in the event.
"I was very pleased with the men's team and where they
finished," said Head Track Coach Dave Kroeker."They competed well and
really pulled together in a number of events to score points for their
team.A number of athletes competed in events that were not their
specialty in order to finish well team wise."
Due to construction on the new athletics stadium, Tabor will
host the Tabor College Invitational Wednesday April 15, at Marion High School.
However, the throwing events will still be held on the campus of Tabor College.
