Hillsboro, Kan. - Maize High School senior Loren Erway (Wichita, Kan.) has signed a letter of intent to play baseball next season for the Bluejays.

Erway, a 6-5, 200-pound right-handed pitcher, will bring immediate help and depth to the Bluejays pitching staff next season.

"I am excited to have a player such as Loren coming to Tabor," said Head Baseball Coach Mark Standiford. "He exceeds all expectations as a person, student and athlete, and he will be a huge building block in helping to take our program to the next level."

Loren is the son of Phil and Sara Erway.
