North Newton, Kan. – The Tabor College women's tennis team was shutout on the road Thursday afternoon in North Newton, Kan. as the Lady Jays fell to KCAC preseason favorite Bethel College by the score of 9-0.

 

The loss was the Lady Jays second straight in KCAC play after falling earlier in the week to Kansas Wesleyan University.

 

Tabor lost all three doubles matches, and all six singles matches in straight sets as the Threshers, who are receiving votes in the NAIA top 25 poll ran away with the victory.

 

Tabor (1-2, KCAC, 2-7 Overall) will travel to Winfield, Kan. to take on Southwestern College at the Whittier Tennis Facility Saturday, April 13. Match time is set for 9 a.m.
