Wichita, Kan. – The Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference announces a partnership with iHigh.com® to provide free video streaming of conference events including football, men's and women's basketball, and most conference championships. This new partnership, called the KCAC Digital Network, looks to expand the current fan base of the conference and its member institutions.

"Moving to iHigh is consistent with the KCAC's strategic plan to reach potential student athletes and re-connect with alumni. For many, it will be a natural transition to watch student-athletes compete in the KCAC because iHigh is used in many high schools across the state of Kansas," stated Dr. Scott Crawford, KCAC Commissioner.

Crawford added, "Fans and families will have a new level of access to watch conference games online building upon past live video streaming efforts by the conference."

Through the use of iHigh's feature-rich platform, the KCAC and its 10 member institutions will have the ability to broadcast their events to fans all over the world  - all accessible via the internet and on most mobile devices.

The KCAC Digital Network will include live video streams, archived broadcasts, uploaded video content, and photos from championship events.

"iHigh.com is very excited to partner with the KCAC and its 10 member schools," said Jim Host, CEO of iHigh.com.   "We look forward to increasing the KCAC's visibility, while also forging new avenues of revenue opportunities for the conference and its member schools.  Now fans, alumni, friends, and family can watch KCAC athletes on computers, smart phones, and smart TVs," said Host.

The first official live broadcast planned on the KCAC Digital Network will be the KCAC Football Media Day on August 1 from the Salina Country Club. The event kicks off with a luncheon beginning promptly at 11 a.m.  Coaches will take the podium starting at 11:30 a.m.

Featured highlights of the annual media day include a press conference with presentations and insights from all KCAC Head Coaches, personalized team previews for the 2012 football season, questions and answer sessions, and opportunities for one-on-one interviews with Head Coaches.
